Are you struggling in one-sided, codependent relationships?
If you’re tired of feeling like everyone else’s rock—but never your own—you’re in the right place.
When codependency shows up in your life, it can feel like:
Saying “no” feels impossible.
You give and give… even when you’re sick and tired of doing it.
You keep rescuing people, but no one rescues you.
You might even feel like your happiness depends on how others feel. And deep down, you wonder why relationships always feel one-sided.
The truth? You’re not broken. You’ve simply learned patterns that helped you survive in the past—but now they’re costing you your peace, your confidence, and your joy.
The good news? Those patterns can change.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented process that helps you break free from old patterns and create new habits that support you. Unlike therapy, coaching isn’t about diagnosing or processing trauma in depth. Instead, we focus on where you are now and where you want to be.
Therapy often looks at the past to heal emotional wounds.
Coaching focuses on the present and future—giving you tools, strategies, and accountability to create real change in your relationships and your life.
If you’ve ever thought, “I know what I should do, but I just can’t seem to do it,” coaching bridges that gap.
Why Codependency Coaching?
When you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, putting yourself first can feel scary—maybe even selfish. Coaching helps you:
✔ Set healthy boundaries without guilt
✔ Say “no” and mean it
✔ Stop rescuing others so you can rescue yourself
✔ Build self-trust and confidence
✔ Learn how to give without giving yourself away
Instead of guessing how to “fix” things, you’ll get a clear, practical plan to start shifting your habits. And you won’t do it alone—I’ll be with you every step of the way.
What Does Coaching Look Like?
We start where you are. There’s no judgment and no “shoulds”—just a safe space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to change it. Together, we will:
Identify your specific codependent patterns
Explore what drives them (and how to break free)
Create boundaries that actually stick
Practice self-care—even when it feels uncomfortable
Build a roadmap for healthier, happier relationships
Every step is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and calm so you can finally feel like yourself again.
Why This Matters
When your life revolves around others, it’s easy to lose yourself. But your needs matter too—and learning to honor them isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
Imagine what it would feel like to:
Stop overthinking every decision
Enjoy relationships without resentment
Feel calm, confident, and in control of your emotions
That’s what’s possible when you commit to this work.

How is Coaching Different from Counseling?
Coaching focuses on specific goals that supports personal development, self-awareness, and relationship skills. Unlike therapy, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. If you require therapy or clinical services, I will refer you to an appropriate licensed professional.
Here are some distinct differences between coaches and therapists.
~ A coach helps the client improve and enhance the quality of their lives in helping them move forward. Coaches do not analyze the past or do trauma work.
~ A therapist works with and counsels a client dealing with emotional challenges, mental illness, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. There is usually a strong focus on the client’s past history especially childhood to facilitate deeper healing.
