Counseling for Relationships, Codependency & Anger

Typically, online therapy is a great option when you’re needing help but can’t find someone in your local area. Or, going to in person therapy doesn't work for you. Your time is valuable and not having to sit in traffic can give you some time back. Or, maybe you can’t find a therapist in your area that specializes in anger or codependency.

Important Information about Therapy

Also, before we start. It’s important that you know I can only do counseling with people who live in California because my license only extends to my own state. If you live outside of California, feel free to check out my online courses and live classes.

Online Classes Offered

Feel free to email me about the live classes I offer on Zoom.

Classes include: Boundaries Made Easy, Calming Anger Masterclass, Healing Resentments and my 4 week Calming Anger Zoom class.

If those are your struggles, you’re in the right place.

Online Therapy

Since 2020, I’ve been conducting all of my therapy sessions online. My clients appreciate the convenience and ability to get on Zoom even when they’re not at home.

Feel free to call or email me to set up a 15 minute phone consultation to make sure I’m the best fit for you. You must live in California because my license only extends to this state.

Online therapy can be helpful for short term feedback or support about a specific issue, rather than diving into childhood pains or traumas. While each case is different, we’ll figure out whether online therapy is a goof fit for you.

My online therapy is conducted by video in a HIPPA compliant platform for total privacy. If there are technical issues, the telephone is substituted.

Speciality Areas:

Here are the specific issues I can help with:

  • Anger management

  • Communication issues

  • Relationship issues

  • Codependency

  • Self-esteem and related issues

  • 12 step recovery

Online therapy is helpful when:

  • You cannot find a therapist in your local area.

  • You are a caregiver and getting out is difficult.

  • You feel comfortable with computers and sharing information over the internet.

Online therapy is not recommended when...

  • You are experiencing an immediate crisis or feeling actively suicidal

  • There is a history of serious mental illness.

  • You need more support than online therapy can provide.

  • You are not comfortable with sharing your feelings on the phone or internet.

Please fill out the form below to contact Michelle for a free 15 minute phone consultation. This is not therapy or the time to ask for advice but an opportunity to see if we are a good match for counseling.
